ELEGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

You may apply for membership if you are one of the following:

• Medical Doctor (MD, DO, MBBS, MBBChB, MS, etc.)
• Dentist (DDS, DMD, BDS, etc.)
• Physician Assistant (PA)
• Nurse (NP, RN)

For individual requirements per category, please click Apply for Membership and follow the instructions as per your category selection.

All memberships are for a period 12 months. The start of this 12-month period is dated from the month your membership fees and application is processed. Therefore, the renewal of the membership will be due same month next year. Non-renewal of membership risks the loss of the member listing from the online directory and loss of membership certificate verification.
